Mindrush is a brain-training game provided for entertainment. We may add, change, or remove features, levels, content, or leaderboards at any time. We do not guarantee any particular result, score, or outcome.
You may play anonymously or sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must not impersonate others or create accounts to abuse the Service. Usernames are subject to moderation and must not be offensive, deceptive, or infringe anyone’s rights; we may change or remove a username that violates these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and we may reset or adjust scores and leaderboards to preserve fair play.
You retain ownership of the username you choose. By submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the Service (including publicly on leaderboards, as described in our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for what you submit.
The Service, including its software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our intellectual property except to use the Service as permitted here.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or that the Service will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
